Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
Please allow 48–72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number so we can investigate.\

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Globify is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for any additional charges once the package leaves our warehouse.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Globify is not liable for lost or damaged packages during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier or reach out to us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim.

Pre-Orders or Delayed Items

If your order includes pre-order or backordered items, the full order will ship once all items are available.
