Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us via email. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, you’ll receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified whether the refund was approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
